Ransomware Defense- Are You Prepared for the Unknown?

Ransomware

Organizations across the world are still subject to developing ransomware assaults. In fact,82% of breaches include cloud-based data, in which the majority, if not, all are highly sensitive information. This is why we encourage businesses to find solutions that help safeguard their sensitive data as it travels across clouds, databases, apps, and services.

If you’re in need of a strong defense, we have some factors to consider when finding the right solution(s) to put a protective wall up for your data:

1) Backup And Recovery: Make sure you have thorough backup and recovery procedures in place so that your data can be restored quickly in the event of an attack.

2) Regular Patching: Maintain software and security patch updates to close holes that hackers can easily exploit.

3) User Training: It is imperative to train your staff to spot phishing efforts and dubious emails, which are frequently used as ransomware entry points.

4) Security Audits: Conduct regular security audits to find any potential security gaps in your business.

The constant change in threat environments gives pressure to pursuing strong data protection that incorporates reliable backup mechanisms and thorough protection across many settings and streamlining security tools.

Make the right decision and start planning in having the right security protection for your business data!

Microsoft OneNote

Microsoft OneNote- Organize Your Notes More Efficiently and Effectively

Like paper notebooks or three-ring binders, OneNote lets you organize information in notebooks that contain pages and sections. You can add pages, sections, and additional notebooks where and when you need them, and you can just as easily rename, move, or delete them.

A typical OneNote notebook is made up of one or more notebook sections. Within each section are the individual pages and subpages on which you take notes. OneNote isn't limited to any organizational style. You can organize your notes in any way you like, and if you change your mind, it's easy to change the way your notes are organized.
