Bing Chat Enterprise

Bing Chat Enterprise is a powerful tool that can help businesses streamline their workflows, reduce the need for manual intervention in certain tasks, and enable more efficient communication and collaboration among team members.

It is an AI-powered chat for work that provides commercial data protection, ensuring that user and business data are protected and will not leak outside the organization.

Bing Chat Enterprise can help employees get work done faster, be more creative, or support customers better. For example, employees can use Bing Chat Enterprise to quickly generate content, analyze or compare data, summarize documents, learn new skills, write code, and much more. All of this can be done with the confidence that user and business data is protected.

If Bing Chat Enterprise is turned on for an organization and employees have an eligible Microsoft 365 subscription, they can access Bing Chat Enterprise from Bing.com/chat and the Microsoft Edge for Business sidebar using their work account.

It will also be accessible in Windows Copilot in the future. Bing Chat Enterprise is available in over 160 regions around the world. It is supported in all the same regions where Bing Chat is available.

In summary, Bing Chat Enterprise offers a range of benefits for businesses of all sizes. It provides commercial data protection, helps streamline workflows, reduces manual intervention in certain tasks, and enables more efficient communication and collaboration among team members.

News & Updates

1. Office 365 E2 Plan Discontinued

Effective October 1, 2023, nonprofits will no longer be able to renew the legacy Office 365 E2 plan. The Office 365 E2 plan was discontinued in 2013 and will no longer be supported.

The discontinuation of Office 365 E2 won’t affect any other plans currently available in Microsoft nonprofit offer catalog, including 10 granted licenses of Microsoft 365 Business Premium and 300 granted licenses of Microsoft 365 Business Basic. Microsoft will continue to provide nonprofit discounts of up to 75 percent on many Microsoft 365 offers.

GCD is in the process of reviewing non profit accounts to switch E2 licenses for Business Basic or Standard, based on business needs.
